If you are part of a company you can contribute through the Special Donations Act.
Since 2018, the Oebb has been included in the sections referring to special donations of Title 4.
Therefore, companies that make economic donations to our institution and are taxpayers of the Income Tax on Economic Activities (“IRAE”) and the Wealth Tax (“IP”), will have certain tax benefits:
- 75% (seventy-five percent) of the donation will be reimbursed by means of a credit certificate.
- The remaining 25% (twenty-five percent) may be deducted as an “IRAE” expense.
